Return/Exchange Policy

Please contact us within 3 days if for any reason you're not 100% happy with your purchase.  We do not accept returns for cash refunds. We will accept exchanges on  unused, undamaged items. Any custom made items and/or bulk orders are not eligible for return/exchange. Exchanges will be processed within 7-10 days.   Store credit will be issued for returns. No cash refunds. No order cancellations.

We typically ship USPS, but beginning in 2024 we also use several smaller carriers such as OnTrac, UniUni, UPS, Cainiao & SpeedX. Our goal is to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

We ship your order to the address you provide, so please make sure it is the correct address.  We are not responsible for items sent to non-deliverable addresses, forwarded items, or any other deliverability issue caused by USPS (or other carriers) so please double check your address before submitting your order.

Return/Exchange Policy

1. For items that are eligible, return/exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receipt of order. Please email request to cindy@ballmarkbuddy.com.

2. All returns/exchanges must be in the original packaging, unused, with the tags on, and free of any dirt, pet hair/dander etc. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items not received in our office within a maximum of 30 days of delivery will be ineligible for exchange. We cannot honor returns or exchanges for any merchandise that has been used or is not in its original new condition. If an item arrives damaged or defective you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt. 

3. Return Shipping Costs:
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.

4. Once the item is received by our returns department, please allow 7-10 business days (not including holidays and weekends) to process your exchange/return. We will email you to keep you in the loop throughout the exchange process.

5. You must contact us within 30 days of order placement if your item has not arrived. We will not be held responsible for notifications after that time. Ball Mark Buddy is not responsible for items not delivered due to incorrect address given at the time of the order.  

6. Store Credits and Exchanges will be processed within 7-10 business days.

 Please make sure that the address used on your order is your correct address where you receive your US Mail.

  • Custom and/or personalized items
  • Bulk orders

Please note: We cannot cancel an order once it has been placed.
